I booked it many times and recommend. Everything here was very convenient, and the weather was pleasant, really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was central, right by all the local attractions and shops, restaurants and art galleries. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

The location seemed great to an enjoyabe short stop at Banff. The staff were absolutely kind and exceptionally pleasant and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

The rooms are good-sized and newly renovated and have nice views of the mountains. Hospitable personnel is from all staff members who are also quite courteous and helpful.

Functional room and large bathroom, large breakfast. Had TV with cable channels, it's own balcony, and a fireplace. Wonderful, magnificent location in Banff, right by Close to many shops restaurants as well as Banff town center;))

Good standard and perfect hotel with knowledgeable employees from all staff members who are also quite courteous and helpful Great location really close to banff centre as well as restaurants in Banff Avenue. Short walk from a low-key gallery and other tourist attractions.

The location was great and lovely for walking around Banff Avenue. There were all the stores and all the main shops around the hotel. Our room was nicely cleaned, with a storage, a fireplace and a kettle.

The location was central, next to Banff avenue, free parking & friendly stuff as well as the centre of the city. The breakfast food was good and included bread, muffins, pudding, eggs and cheese.

The location was good and unbeatable, within walking distance of Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies. And the area was ski, next to ski areas and Banff shops and restaurants.

Had good choice of options for breakfast, it was free. The hotel had a central location in downtown.

Everything was fairly clean and very convenient. Nice food for particularly good and delicious breakfast with omelet made to order. Great and lovely location to all downtown amenities, awesome restaurants in the local area.
